It’s 9:30 AM…I’m At The Movies!

What fun this movie was!  There weren’t a lot of people at our early movie and I probably won’t do that time again but it was fun…it was also scary…but not as scary as I thought it would be.  We left our house at 8:30 and walked back in the door by 1:00 but we stopped at Weggieman’s for stuff…dinner tonight and stuff for the week end!  I have decided that I like my movies exactly the way I like my books…well…some books…I like it when the bad guys get eaten at the end!

But…before the movie…we needed breakfast…so Egg McMuffins were our solution.  A quick drive through so we had time to settle into our seats.  I brought a big black wrap that Den and I both cuddled under during the movie!  It was freezing!   Those are my new black slip on Allbirds…I love those shoes!

 Books…

Forget the four books I thought I would read this week…I did finally realize that if I organized my books by the months they will be published I might finally read them in a better order…so right now I am going to only read books that will or already are publishing in June!  Why didn’t I do that before?  I sort of did but never as concretely as I did this week…they are written down in a notebook!  No dates though…that would dim my free spirit…months are enough for now!

So I am going to try to finish these over the weekend.

So…I am off to relax, read and catch up on Southern Charm!  See you Monday!

If I didn’t have a schedule for when to read my ARCs (by date), I would be so stressed out. I love crossing them off the list when I’m done.

    I don’t know if I would enjoy a 9:30 a.m. movie, but whatever works.

I have a Lauren Weisberger book hanging around on one of my stacks…a purchased book, and not an ARC.

    Have a great weekend.

I am so jealous of that movie theater. A 9:30 movie wouldn’t work for me because I call my mom every morning.

I gave up on trying to read books in any kind of order years ago.

I just returned home from seeing the movie! I tried for 10AM, but the good seats were taken, so I settled for 11AM instead. There were quite a number of people there. Worked out well. A lady did have to show me how to make my seat recline!! This is only my second time going to these new fangled theatres. I thought of you Patty, because I did end up feeling sad about the dinosaurs dying! Who knew!!! Lol…except the bad ones of course. Ha ha ha…Bluuuue!!! 😀

Glad you liked the movie. My husband told me he has a seat reserved for Tuesday morning. I told him to have fun, lol.
Some books I put a “read by date” on my list and others just a “read this month”. I’m whittling down my net galley list before I download anymore though. I can’t help myself!!
