What if it’s a cupcake kind of day and you don’t have a cupcake nearby? I don’t even want a gourmet cupcake piled high with weird hard icing…I want the kind that comes from a box mix and canned icing! Preferably a yellow cupcake with a white icing or fudge icing…the kind that you send to school with a few sprinkles on top for your second grader’s birthday treat. Yum!
I really need a cupcake!
I am still reading this and it is still yummy…so many unique NY characters work together in this mystery. It’s family and friends and danger…from a really evil character. It reverts back to Hitler’s Germany as present day people try to figure out this massive problem! This book has a little bit of everything!
One of these will be next…
Have a great weekend! See you on Monday!

What kind of icing do you think that one from the photo has? Lemon? Orange? Looks nom! Haven’t had a cake in years, myself, which is sad, as I used to make torte and cakes for monies 🙂

I though that icing might be just plain vanilla! Why haven’t you had a cake in years? That is so sad!

Just the photo of the cupcake is enough for me – I don’t need to eat it. Looks so cute. Good that A Murder on Jane Street is keeping you interested. Next ones up all look good possibilities.

Murder on Jane Street is so good. I actually need to taste that cupcake. But it most likely won’t happen.

My problem with cupcakes is that one is never enough. I wonder what that says about me…
Have a lovely weekend!

Hmmm…whatever it says about you it says it about me, too. Plus box cupcakes are smallish anyway.

I hope you need a cupcake for a good reason! If I have a cupcake, I want one of those little tiny ones.

No real reason and I didn’t get one anyway.

Do you guys have Nothing Bundt Cakes near you? They make this thick, cream cheese icing that I die for. They also make a mean, gluten free bundtlet that is covered in that icing. I get one for my bday every year.

I love frosting- lol. Canned, homemade- different types for different moods. 🙂 I used to eat it out of a can back in high school. Of course- the cupcake part is good too!

Why does canned frosting with all of its preservatives taste so yummy?
