A Snowy Day!

Yesterday we had beautiful snow all day long.  You could drive around in it and walk in it and even just sit in a comfy room with a warm cup of tea and watch it.  We still have our Christmas tree out on the deck and it still looks so green and lovely.  We don’t have the heart to remove it.  I took pix of everything related to snow that I found around the house.  The pond always looks beautiful when it’s snowing…even the geese seem to love the snow.

I have to go back to the eye doctor again this afternoon…we still haven’t found the right contacts…it’s making me crazy!

Your post title (A Snowy Day) reminds me of a lovely picture book by Ezra Keats that I read to the kids when they were little (The Snowy Day).

    Beautiful photos!

Laura & Emma looks like a book I would enjoy.

I have an appointment with the eye doctor on Friday! Just to routinely check my vision. I hope I don’t need new lenses!

Enjoy the cozy rooms that surround you…until you have to go out for another appointment.

Pretty photos! It’s a lot easier for me to appreciate the beauty of snow now that I don’t have to deal with it almost daily from November through April 😉

Glad you’re enjoying the book. Good luck at the eye doctor!

The snow looks tranquil in your photos! We haven’t had much of it this winter in Central Europe, almost none, not even subzero temps like we usually have. And they say the spring will be like summer here this year.

What beautiful snow you have had. I hope you find the right contacts. I use Acuvue, the 2 weekers. I’ve tried the daily ones but they’re too expensive for our budget.
