That drink and salad look absolutely divine. I love a drink with a lot of ice…ahh…make sure the bible is one of the books you're reading, while you're at it. A lot of folks don't have a clue about what's in there!

That broccoli salad is easy! I make it all the time. You can Google it and come up with 100's of different variations. I just use broccoli, some sweet onion, sunflower seeds, small pieces of really good, sharp cheddar, topped with crispy bacon. You toss it all with the dressing which is usually mayo and a bit of sugar allowed to sit for awhile.
