    I am looking forward to making this chicken dish this weekend. I have been trying to make it all week but the 2 hour track practices are going to require a lot of crock pot stuff or we won't be eating anytime soon. But this weekend, I am going to make my Chicken goat cheese pasta thing with this amazing green bean salad I had the other day. It was crisp green beans, candied walnuts, balsamic honey dressing and goat cheese. It was delish.

    That salad looks good. ..except for the first cottage cheese part. I'm enjoying kale salads this week because of you. I even lost several pounds! Yay! Thanks, PattyCake! That pic of Roxie is perfection!
