Making this for dinner…it’s called Skinny Spinach Lasagna from Pinch Of Yum! I love that it uses no boil noodles and fresh spinach! Yum!

I love no boil noodles. There's the greatest pasta store in the world on Arthur Ave in the Bronx that makes the best lasagna noodles. Actually the best noodles. Thanks for the book–Roxie!

Did you check the Vine newsletter? There wasn't much, but I found two books….That Night (which I had pre-ordered, so I canceled that!), and Invisible Ellen.
I was determined to pick just one book, so that I could spend some time on the books I already own…but alas, I picked two!
