It is just not nice outside…it’s so humid that the windows were foggy this morning! But…we actually have lots of fun foods for the weekend…local apples are popping up…crisp…juicy…and we don’t have to go anywhere. It’s a wonderful feeling!
We are having Stuffed Peppers for dinner…something that my mom always made and that I don’t usually make. I am stuffing the most beautiful purple peppers. They will look something like this…only PURPLE!
I am mildly addicted to this drink…it is so delicious and totally clear and not sweet! Den hates it.

Books, Thoughts and Adventures 
I think stuffed peppers are one of my favorite comfort foods…my mom made it on days when it was cold or hot outside.
I just finished reading An Italian Wife…a Vine book, and went to post it, but got a “we're sorry” message. I got the same one yesterday when I posted another book, not Vine. I guess there's a glitch on Amazon? Have you tried to post anything there in the last couple of days?

We love stuffed peppers, and make them fairly often. Yum.
I am really struggling finding a book to get into. I haven't had a dry spell like this in a long time. It is frustrating!
