When we aren’t out to dinner…our fave Saturday night goes down like this…we are showered…in comfy clothes…kitties are fed and happy…we have drinks in hand…dinner is simple…yummy hamburgers…no bun…and a simple salad…because…we are having Molly’s Mixed Berry Pie for dessert…everything in the pie is locally sourced and organically raised…her crumble crust is amazing! And…she uses coconut oil for the crust…in my mind this pie is almost health food! Right?
