These are my pancakes…with fresh blueberries. I am not a good pancake maker naturally. But my husband loves them and I love him so I am finally perfecting my pancake making. I googled to find the world’s best pancake recipe and this is the recipe that has come up. I have made it twice and my husband is fully prepared to buy me the world if I continue to make them. My husband's the one who cooks breakfast around here. We bought fresh blueberries today so we can have blueberry pancakes in the morning. Yummy!

They are good even though the insides gushed out…I think you aren't supposed to smoosh a pancake but I never know if the middle is done…

I made pancakes on Saturday and used a different recipe and they were horrible!! Dense and dry. Yours looks fab.

I like to sleep in on Saturdays, so usually it's cereal or bagels, something quick and easy.
