Trying To Get Centered?

So…this has been a long week…we barely walked…I think we fit in just two days worth of walking because there was stuff going on every day…Tuesday was “ big door” day…and the rest of the week had to be worked in around it.  Wednesday was “big golf” day and Thursday was finish “big door” day.  I had knee injections…ouch!  Den had blood work and a visit to our primary.

We had to completely disassemble the sunroom and put it back together again and while doing that we made changes.  Lucy had fluids today and now she has some pain pills for her arthritis.  Den thinks she is sleepy and wobbly but I don’t think that’s bad.  Her poor little arthritic joints hurt!  These meds will help…unless I end up with a kitty with an opioid problem!

Roxie is so sweet and mellow that she just handles all of us…all she really wants to do is play and chase and run!  We oblige!

Finished this…

Starting this…

Maybe starting this…

Cooking these…little one pot wonders!

Watching football, reading, walking!  That’s our week end!  It’s too warm here…we are still running our AC.  I need pumpkin pie or pumpkin ice cream…or perhaps both!

Have a wondrous weekend!

Hugs,

Patty

Ooh, those one pot wonders look yummy! They put my microwaveable lunch to shame! LOL.

    Pumpkin pie sounds delicious.

I haven’t even left the house today, as I had to go somewhere every other day this week. I even took a nap.

Enjoy your weekend. The books are all new to me.

    After reading your post I’m:
    Tired
    Sympathetic for Lucy
    Tickled by Roxie
    and
    Ravenously hungry

Have a lovely, relaxing weekend. We’re in the 70s but it isn’t humid so the windows are open. I’ll send it your way!

Okay; I’m going to follow you here from now on and not on Bloglovin’. Anything creamy with mushrooms makes me drool. That Everless cover is gorgeous!
Thank you for your sweet comment about my knitting. I wish I could get more done.

Isn’t the weather crazy? It is still so warm out- though full fall outside. I will take the warm weather over the cold, as I know it is coming and once it comes it won’t go away. 🙂

Looks like you are reading some beautiful books!
