Well…I kind of take that back…I had to zip to the dentist to pick up my bottom whitening tray…then to Glen Willow/Willow Glen…I can not ever remember the right name of this sweet little farmer’s market…for tons of fresh veggies and apples and local mushrooms…ahem…I do live in the mushroom capital of the world! I am making these over polenta! I bought fresh baby cippolino onions, too, for this recipe as well as cremini mushrooms…so unbelievably fresh! This sheetpan recipe comes from the Kitchn.
Saturday passed me by in a flash! I could not put this book down! Seriously. It was so good. But I am truly thinking there is something wrong with me. I love books with twisted mean characters who get their comeuppance in the end! Plus I finally used my big desk calendar to note when the book comes out and when I will post my review! That’s one for Patty!

We eat so clean all of the time that I can’t explain my weird craving for Taco Bell…but only these two things. Ever since chemo I don’t like wine or any other alcohol but a really good beer tastes amazing to me. I don’t have one every day and mostly I have half of one but it tastes so good! I’d be a full time customer at your store, Kathy! This was lunch today but we are having a big salad for dinner!
I also get carsick now and crave spicy things…none of which ever happened before!
Whew! This post was exhausting! Tell me please do you ever crave Taco Bell? I need to know!

The deer are gorgeous and so are the kitties.
We never crave Taco Bell but our nephew’s wife LOVES it. There’s one a few miles from us and we’ve never been there. I’d be more than happy to help you pick out great beers!

I have a Taco Bell very close but rarely go there. If I do I usually get their nachos belle grande. And sometimes their. Crunchwrap supreme.

I don’t crave Taco Bell- but my stepfather is going through chemo and craves Burger King and McDonald’s regularly- so who knows. 🙂
Those mushrooms look delicious. I love mushrooms. We just bought large ones to make with goat cheese and roasted red peppers. YUM.

We often see deer on our property or in the fields by the sides of the road – and I never get tired of seeing them. It is always a thrill. We usually see does & fawns – that’s a really impressive group of bucks you have there!

I have not had it in a while…we have great local Mexican food all around us but the taste of that crunchy taco was like coming home…
