It’s All About Books And A Few Other Things!

I love the month of October…which seems to be filled with all things orange!  I love orange in anything except clothes.  I especially love it in pumpkins and pumpkin bread!

Books!

I read The Similars over the weekend and started the new John Grisham book.  The Similars is YA, boarding school and cloning…it was really good.  I haven’t read John Grisham in years but his new book sounded interesting and it is.  It takes place in the   South three years after WWII.  A prominent farmer kills the prominent minister.  Literally walks in his office and shoots him dead.  The writing is awesome and I don’t want to stop reading.

Just a few new books…from Edelweiss and NetGalley…

Back to John Grisham…

I have In the Blink of an Eye and hope to love it.

I haven’t read Grisham in ages!

I am not a fan of boarding school stories, although I may have read one or two over the years that I enjoyed. I would have to be in the mood.

    Love your decorations!

Ah I like orange although we don’t go in for it much here as our Spring doesn’t really match up, yet I saw mandarins in packets for trick and treating in the shop today. I don’t think I have ever read John Grisham but good to know he is keeping you out of mischief.

I didn’t know MM Moore had a new book! I’ll have to ask if my hubby has ordered the new Grisham. He really likes his books.
I don’t wear orange either but I’ll eat almost anything pumpkin. BUT I don’t like pumpkin spice lattes. Hmm.

A boarding school and cloning?? So my thing.

I need to show you the block-y pumpkin I got this past weekend. It reminds me a little of your rectangular one.
